Thank you for joining us for our third Digital Skillshare! We’re excited to have you join us for three days of skill sharing, relationship building, and upgrading our digital and absorption skills!

Please register at this link and make a payment below. After you have completed both, you will be officially registered. If we don't receive tuition and registration within 7 days and don't hear from you, we will be releasing your spot to someone on our waitlist. 

Please arrive by the evening of Thursday February 28. We recommend flying into the Knoxville Airport, where we will have shuttles driving to The Highlander Center (about 45 minutes away). If you are flying into any other airport, we cannot guarantee shuttle support.

We will have dinner available at 6PM for those who need it. We recommend flying into Knoxville by around 4:30PM. We will start with some programming on Thursday night after dinner, and will start the skillshare portion on Friday morning. We will wrap up no later than 2PM on Sunday March 3. If you’re booking a flight, plan to fly out no earlier than 5PM on Sunday March 3, and be sure to factor in shuttle time.

You're responsible for setting up travel for yourself unless you indicated any specific needs for support on your application. We will be providing breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner.

How skillshare presentations will work

We would love if many of you would present some skill that you would like to share, but you are not required to present in order to attend!

If you are preparing a session, please take a look at these guidelines and tips for presenters to help you prepare.

Each day, we will have time blocks for 30 minute, 60 minute, and 90 minute presentations. We’ll also have one round of 10 minute speed sessions. We will have several presentations being pre-prepared, but will have slots available for individuals to sign up for sessions when we arrive. 

When you arrive on Monday, we will have a giant schedule set up on the wall. You will have index cards where you can write your name, title of your presentation, the length, a very brief description, and a preference for which day you’d like to present. You’ll then pass on your presentation card to our planning team, and we will arrange the presentations. You will have a chance at the beginning of the day to give a 1 minute pitch about your session, before we break out. We will be running simultaneous presentations in at least 3 different breakout rooms, with a plan to capture each one on Facebook live so that you can watch the ones you don’t attend.
