This 4-day in-person training is for social movement organizers interested in leveling up their strategy and organizing craft. You’ll get to:

• Dive deep into leadership development, training, and base-building at scale, movement campaigning, power, storytelling, and more.

• Reflect on the struggles and strengths of your organizing together with fellow leaders from across the country and learn from each others’ experiences.

• Make meaning of our current political context and have honest conversations about what it means for movements.

Who should apply?

This training is designed for those already familiar with Momentum concepts and currently holding leadership roles, or who have held movement leadership in the past and are looking to reground and start experimenting again. It will be most useful to those who are actively campaigning or in the position to experiment and make decisions in their organization.

We encourage you to apply to this training with other members of your team. You’ll have opportunities to digest the curriculum together and make plans for how to bring the learnings back to your organization.

Training Costs

We strive to make our trainings as accessible as possible to those most directly impacted by injustice, including those from organizations with small budgets. With this in mind, we have a sliding scale tuition structure that accommodates organizations and individuals of various budget sizes. If you are coming from an organization or personal background with resources, we ask that you pay what you can so we can support participants from varying economic backgrounds.
